CCERT Affiliation Process | Open a Computer Education Centre

At a glance: Check your eligibility and centre setup, prepare your documents, apply online, then follow CCERT's instructions for review, payment and activation.

1. Check who can apply

Individuals and existing centres

People with an IT or teaching background and existing computer training centres may apply.

Organisations

Registered societies, trusts, schools, and charitable or religious organisations may apply.

CCERT reviews each applicant and proposed centre before approval.

2. Prepare your study centre

Space and technology

At least 5 computers
About 200 sq ft of covered space
Internet, printer and scanner

Teaching and learner facilities

Qualified teaching staff
Whiteboard, notice board and study material
Drinking water, washroom and first aid kit

Confirm current centre standards with CCERT before committing to premises or equipment.

3. Apply and complete affiliation

Prepare documents. Collect the identity, address, organisation and teaching staff records relevant to your application. View the checklist.

Apply online. Enter your contact and proposed centre details in the CCERT application.

Complete review and payment. Follow the instructions CCERT gives for any further documents and the applicable fee.

Start after activation. Once approved, use the franchise panel and course information provided by CCERT.

Affiliation fees and wallet credit

INDIA

Affiliation/Activation fee: INR 1,600.00

Wallet Credit: INR 800.00

Annual renewal: INR 1,600.00

No renewal fee if at least 15 students are registered and paid during the franchise year ending on the expiry date, and renewal is completed from 30 days before expiry through 15 days after expiry. A minimum wallet balance of ₹1 is required; ₹1 is debited and credited back to record the renewal.

NIGERIA

Affiliation/Activation fee: NGN 100,000.00

Wallet Credit: NGN 50,000.00

Annual renewal: NGN 30,000.00

No renewal fee if at least 15 students are registered and paid during the franchise year ending on the expiry date, and renewal is completed from 30 days before expiry through 15 days after expiry. A minimum wallet balance of ₦1 is required; ₦1 is debited and credited back to record the renewal.
